In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role - protecting our national security.\nWhy Join Us?\nInnovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.\nCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.\nImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFuse intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, cyber-enabled data) while working as part of an integrated government-contractor mission team\nConduct all-source research and analysis to support technical targeting, including target development, operational concept support, and production of written and verbal intelligence products\nAnalyze, synthesize, and contextualize complex data to enhance operational awareness, support collection operations, and enable effective information sharing across mission partners\nDraft, coordinate, and disseminate intelligence reports, targeting products, and requests for information (RFIs) in support of ongoing and emerging operations\nApply critical thinking and technical awareness to identify patterns, assess operational relevance, and communicate highly complex information clearly to technical, operational, and senior mission stakeholders\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders and field personnel to support intelligence operations, mission planning, and operational decision-making\nWork Environment:\nLocation: On-site\nTravel Requirements: Minimal\nWorking Hours: Standard\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI with a Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated experience with targeting tools and databases\nDemonstrated experience creating targeting packages\nDemonstrated experience communicating complex ideas or concepts to stakeholders with varied backgrounds\nDemonstrated experience evaluating and converting large amounts of data into actionable leads \nBasic Compensation:\n$130,000 to $158,900\nThis range is for the Virginia area only.\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
