Responsibilities\nSourcing prospective customer leads from various sources, such as referrals, cross-selling opportunities, sales activations organized by the bank or sales leads provided by the bank.\n\nExplaining the features of the products to prospective customers in line with the product's specifications and treating customers fairly.\n\nGuiding customers on how to complete applications for the respective product they wish to purchase.\n\nReviewing of the application and documentation provided by the customer to confirm accuracy.\n\nAuthentication of customer details by checking the original copies against photocopies of documents provided e.g. National ID and passports.\n\nForwarding completed applications to the relevant Sales Manager or Retail Support Team, within 24 hours of sign-off by the customer.\n\nProspecting customers for any other Bank products suitable for their needs.\n\nEnsuring safe custody of customer documents under their care.\n\nForwarding customer feedback or complaints to the respective Sales/Branch Manager.\n\nSharing market information from the field to the leadership to improve the bank’s products and provide regular Sales reports.\n\nThe Person\nFor the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:\nBe a graduate of a recognized university.\n\nHave 2 years’ working experience in Sales.\n\nHave excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.\n\nHave a passion and commitment to quality service.\n\nHave excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nCan meet stringent targets within defined
