This role is responsible for the safety, performance, and compliance of dive teams in accordance with ADCI, OSHA, and company standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for executing complex underwater work safely and efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the designated Dive Supervisor on underwater projects involving inspection, construction, repair, and maintenance.\nEnsure all dive operations are conducted in full compliance with ADCI Consensus Standards, U.S. Coast Guard regulations, and site-specific safety protocols.\nLead pre-dive briefings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.\nMaintain oversight of the dive team, safety and equipment during all phases of the dive.\nEnsure all dive logs, reports, and safety records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, including equipment malfunctions, environmental challenges, or emergent safety concerns.\nCoordinate mobilization/demobilization of dive spreads and support vessels.\nAssist in transport of dive gear, including trailering utility trailers and boats.\nCommunicate with clients, project managers, and engineers regarding site conditions, findings, and project updates.\nQualifications:\nADCI Diver Supervisor Certification is required\nCommercial Diving Certification from an accredited institution\nMinimum of 6 years of diving experience, including 2+ years as a dive supervisor\nStrong knowledge of diving physics, physiology, and emergency response protocols\nFamiliarity with surface-supplied air diving systems, underwater tools, NDT methods, and inspection reporting\nDOT-compliant medical examination and fitness to dive\nTravel up to 50% is required and work in various environments, depending on home office location.\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nMinimum of 6 years of relevant work experience\nHighschool Diploma/GED\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nValid Driver’s License\nADCI Dive Supervisor Certification\nPre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
