This role involves working closely with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure that all project requirements are met in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and KCI policies. The Field Technician 2 will actively participate in cross-training opportunities to build a stronger team, communicate workflow needs, and learn from senior level technicians.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Execution:Accurately record and report daily forms per project requirements.\nAdhere to project scope, schedule, and budget.\nReview all work assigned before beginning and ensure all tasks are performed according to applicable industry standards and client requirements.\nInspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission.\n\nCommunication:Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.\nClearly communicate workflow needs to your team and supervisor.\n\nCompliance:Understand and follow OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies at all times.\nReview job site safety daily and take immediate action to document and resolve issues.\n\nTeam Collaboration:Participate in cross-training as requested to enhance team capabilities.\nWork collaboratively with your team to maximize production and accuracy.\n\nOther Tasks:Submit accurate time sheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.\nPrimarily field work with occasional office work.\nNeed to be able lift at least 50lbs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n* Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Preferred:\nHighschool Diploma/GED\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nValid Driver’s License\nAbility to maintain required certifications.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
