This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys managing technically complex façade systems, collaborating across disciplines, and serving as a trusted partner to clients from concept through construction.\nAs a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of façade engineering projects, balancing technical rigor with clear communication and strong project controls.\nManage façade engineering projects from concept design through construction administration\nCoordinate and oversee the design and analysis of façade systems, including curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and enclosure assemblies\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams\nLead project planning, including scope development, schedules, budgets, and resource coordination\nReview shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field observations to support constructability and performance requirements\nCollaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and building science professionals to resolve design and field issues\nSupport construction administration activities, including site visits, issue resolution, and reporting\nMentor and support junior engineers and designers as part of project teams\nContribute to proposals, fee development, and business development efforts as needed\nSpecialized Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field\n7+ years of experience in façade engineering, building envelope consulting, or related design/construction roles is preferred\nExperience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams\nStrong technical background in façade systems, materials, and performance considerations\nFamiliarity with building codes, standards, and industry best practices related to façades and enclosures\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license is required\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and project partners\nExperience with site observations, construction coordination, and problem-solving in the field\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nBachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of related professional experience, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.\nParticipation in continuing education and professional development programs.\nProven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.\nDemonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.\nDeep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project.\nExpertise in project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.\nKnowledge of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.\nEffective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong negotiation skills to manage multiple contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively.\nStrong comprehension of accounting principles to effectively manage project budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.\nEducation and/or Work Experience Preferred:\nMaster’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry)\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nAbility to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training along with passing the PM Board within 6 months of start date.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
