All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.\nDuties, Responsibilities & Other\nKCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Site/Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect with experience in land development engineering design, regulatory/permitting process, and project management to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA.\nResponsible for managing a team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers to develop civil engineering designs for both public and private sector clients, including commercial, mixed-use retail, industrial, energy, and more.\nOversee the entire project lifecycle, from the preliminary design visit and conceptual plans to zoning/planning coordination, permit documentation, and construction level design plans.\nPartner with the Practice Leader to expand our workload by building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.\nOther responsibilities include preparing project reports and submittals, completing site visits as necessary, and working with the Project Assistant on project setup, billing, and closeout\nResponsible for creating accurate fee proposals, overseeing the project team, and ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budge\nAs a mentor and trainer, you will also be responsible for training and guiding staff to ensure project success.\nPerforming fieldwork to gather existing conditions information and perform construction inspections as required\nPE or RLA required \nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nBachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of related professional experience, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.\nParticipation in continuing education and professional development programs.\nProven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.\nDemonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.\nDeep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project.\nExpertise in project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.\nKnowledge of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.\nEffective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong negotiation skills to manage multiple contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively.\nStrong comprehension of accounting principles to effectively manage project budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.\nEducation and/or Work Experience Preferred:\nMaster’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry)\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nAbility to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training along with passing the PM Board within 6 months of start date.\nPre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
