The role provides nontechnical project-management support, advances strategic and growth initiatives, strengthens coordination across teams, and leads employee-engagement and office-culture efforts in our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This is a manager-level position without direct reports. Leadership is exercised through influence, initiative ownership, and cross-functional coordination.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Initiatives\nTranslate goals and ideas into practical plans, milestones, responsibilities, schedules, and measurable outcomes. \nMaintain initiative dashboards or other tracking systems to communicate progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs. \nConvene appropriate team members, coordinate action items, and maintain follow-through. \nAct as the Regional Practice Leader’s designated point person for assigned initiatives. \nSupport annual business planning, periodic progress reviews, budgeting coordination, and performance reporting. \nHelp maintain visibility across the eight practices regarding workload, milestones, financial trends, contracts, staffing needs, and emerging risks. \nSupport implementation of Land Development standards by organizing technical input, documenting decisions, coordinating training, and maintaining momentum. \nAssume greater ownership and leadership of selected initiatives after developing sufficient organizational knowledge and credibility. .\nProject-Management Support\nProvide detailed, nontechnical project-management support to Pennsylvania Land Development teams. \nHelp Project Managers and technical staff organize project schedules, milestones, responsibilities, client directives, contracts, scope, budgets, and communication. \nDevelop consistent project-status reports, communication protocols, action logs, client-update formats, and related tools. \nCoordinate multidisciplinary project information and confirm that internal requests and handoffs are clear and complete. \nAssist with meeting preparation, documentation, follow-up, and accountability. \nSupport client-capture, relationship-management, and retention plans. \nHelp coordinate proposals, RFP responses, presentations, teaming relationships, and other targeted pursuits. \nIdentify recurring administrative or coordination burdens that can be simplified, standardized, or automated. \nDocument successful tools and processes so they can be applied by other Land Development practices. \nSupport projects personally managed by the Regional Practice Leader, including Data Center, Mission Critical, and power-generation assignments. \nGrowth and Recruiting\nSupport Pennsylvania growth and market-expansion initiatives.\nAssist with recruiting key employees in partnership with Talent Acquisition.\nSupport the evaluation and integration of acquired firms, while executive leadership retains responsibility for final decisions.\nEmployee Engagement and Development\nLead the Mechanicsburg employee-engagement and office-culture program, including recognition, community involvement, and team activities.\nCoordinate onboarding, training, development plans, and succession planning with Practice Leaders and HR.\nWork with corporate communications to highlight projects, employees, client successes, and awards.\nSpecialized Experience Required:\nExperience in strategic operations, project management, organizational improvement, or executive initiative support.\nDemonstrated ability to translate ideas into executable plans and measurable results.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to build trust and lead through influence without formal authority.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and competing priorities.\nExperience with process improvement, documentation, training, and change implementation.\nAbility to understand financial and operational information.\nStrong judgment, discretion, and follow-through.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nBachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.\nExperience should include a track record of expanding project management duties.\nProven experience in project management roles, with a focus on managing larger-scale projects or programs.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.\nProficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.\nKnowledge of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.\nEffective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong negotiation skills to manage contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively. \nStrong understanding of accounting principles to effectively manage project budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.\nEducation and/or Work Experience Preferred:\nMaster’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry)\nCertificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nAbility to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training along with passing the PM Board within 6 months of start date.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are
