All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.\nDuties, Responsibilities & Other\nProject Support & Coordination\nSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project execution, including scope tracking, scheduling, and budget awareness.\nAssist in the development and execution of project work plans, safety plans, and schedules.\nTrack field progress and communicate status updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers.\nAssist with project setup, documentation, and closeout activities.\nParticipate in internal project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nField Leadership & Technical Execution\nSupervise and mentor SUE field crews, including 2- and 3-person teams, across Nevada, Utah, and surrounding western states.\nPerform and oversee utility locating/designating using electromagnetic equipment, GPR, and vacuum excavation.\nOperate and/or oversee the operation of vacuum excavation trucks and related equipment as required.\nReview utility records, plans, and as-built drawings from western state, county, and municipal agencies; compare field data to design plans.\nEnsure field sketches, photographs, and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.\nEnsure compliance with ASCE 38-22 guidelines and applicable Nevada, Utah, and Western municipal standards.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnforce KCI safety policies and project-specific safety plans.\nAssist with traffic control planning and implementation.\nIdentify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.\nConduct or assist with safety meetings and toolbox talks.\nClient & Team Interaction\nServe as a secondary point of contact for clients under the direction of the Project Manager, with emphasis on public agencies and private clients in Nevada, Utah, and the Western U.S.\nParticipate in client meetings, site walks, and coordination calls as needed.\nFoster a collaborative team environment and promote professional development of junior staff.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant work experience\nEducation and/or Skills Preferred:\nHighschool Diploma/GED\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nValid Driver’s License\nAbility to maintain required certifications.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
