If you have experience-or a strong interest-in high-resolution 3D scanning and LiDAR technology, we want to hear from you! You'll work with industry-leading equipment like the Leica RTC360, P40, and NavVis systems to support exciting, hands-on projects across the country.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate 3D laser scanning equipment (Leica RTC360, P40, NavVis, or similar) to capture detailed as-built data\nSet up, calibrate, and maintain scanning gear in field environments\nCollaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate data collection\n Travel extensively (majority of the time) to job sites nationwide\nManage field logistics and maintain project documentation\nTraditional Surveying when not on a scanning project\nCarry out a range of surveying assignments while learning the methods of survey data collection\nAssist Party Chief as directed\nMaintain survey equipment\nAccurately record and report daily forms per project requirements.\nAdhere to project scope, schedule, and budget\nReview all work assigned before beginning and ensure all tasks are performed according to applicable industry standards and client requirements.\nInspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission\nUnderstand and follow OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies at all times\nParticipate in cross-training as requested to enhance team capabilities\nWork collaboratively with your team to maximize production and accuracy\nSubmit accurate time sheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week\nPerform other duties as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with 3D laser scanning or surveying workflows\nFamiliarity with point cloud data and associated software\nComfortable with using a PC on a daily basis\nSurveying background or certification a plus\nComfortable working independently in the field and in various site conditions\nValid driver’s license\nPlease note that this role will require the occasional need to lift and/or move items weighing up to 70 lbs., including materials, tools, or equipment related to inspections. This could also include carrying equipment up ladders and stairs.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Skills Required:\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience\nHighschool Diploma/GED\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:\nValid Driver’s License\nAbility to maintain required certifications.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
