status.\nDuties, Responsibilities & Other\nDesign, develop, and maintain modern cloud-native applications using React or Svelte, TypeScript, .NET, Python, and Azure services. \nBuild responsive, scalable, and accessible user experiences leveraging modern front-end frameworks, component libraries, and design systems. \nDevelop backend services, APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions using C#, .NET, Python, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging patterns. \nDesign and implement robust data models utilizing SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core, ORM frameworks, and database scripting technologies. \nArchitect, deploy, and manage Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including Bicep and ARM templates. \nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to automate testing, security validation, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployments. \nDevelop, deploy, and manage containerized workloads using Power Pages, and custom connectors. \nBuild intelligent business solutions using AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI Foundry, Copilot technologies, Ollama, vLLM, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks. \nCollaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business objectives. \nParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence. \nTroubleshoot and optimize application performance across front-end, backend, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and data layers. \nMentor team members, contribute to technical leadership, and promote engineering best practices across projects. \nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and production support. \nContinuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices, cloud architecture, and platform capabilities. \nSpecialized Experience Required:\nStrong experience developing modern web applications using React or Svelte and TypeScript. \nProficiency in backend development using C#, .NET, and/or Python. \nDeep experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts, API Management, Key Vault, Entra ID, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor. \nExperience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM templates, and automated Azure deployment strategies. \nExperience with source control systems including Git, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and collaborative development practices. \nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, and distributed architectures. \nExperience implementing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot SDK, OpenAI Agent SDK, or similar frameworks. \nStrong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, secure coding standards, and cloud governance principles. \nExperience working within Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps-oriented engineering teams. \nSpecialized Experience Preferred:\nExperience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployment, and environment management. \nKnowledge of Azure messaging and integration services, including Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, and Logic Apps. \nExperience with Azure Container Apps and serverless architectures. \nFamiliarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, and distributed system design patterns. \nExperience implementing automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. \nAzure, Power Platform, AI, and DevOps certifications are highly desirable. \nExperience leading technical workstreams, solution design, or mentoring development teams. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). \nMinimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade applications and solutions. \nStrong experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps Pipelines, release automation, and modern DevOps practices Strong understanding of machine learning and AI development.\nMust have experience with Docker, containerization, and cloud-native architecture patterns. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExperience with professional software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.\nGreat organizational and time-management skills.\nPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of
