This role requires a solid understanding of landscape architecture principles, strong design skills, and the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies. The Landscape Designer will support project execution, contribute to design development, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing land development, amenity design, landscape, and irrigation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.\nCollaborate with internal and external project team members, clients, and agencies to maintain project schedules and proactively address project-related issues.\nConduct site research and analysis to assess project feasibility, density, and constraints and produce associated diagrams or maps.\nPrepare presentation and design graphics for client meetings and community presentations or engagement events.\nPrepare detailed planting, soil, and irrigation plans, schedules, and specifications under the guidance of senior staff.\nAssist in the preparation of construction plan sets including demolition, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.\nContribute to the preparation of research summaries, design calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for approval by senior staff.\nPerform field inspections, compare field data to design plans, and gather necessary data, such as measurements, sketches, and photographs and assist in preparing detailed reports for review by senior staff.\nAssist in reviewing and responding to bid and construction-related requests for information, submittals, shop drawings, etc. for approval by senior staff.\nAssist in ensuring projects meet quality standard requirements and participate in quality control reviews.\nRepresent the company at meetings with clients, county officials, conferences, seminars, and professional network events as needed.\nComplete other duties as required or assigned.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Work Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience.\nCertificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Preferred:\nAdditional industry
