You are selling into a space where KC Overseas already has real relationships and real credibility.\nRole: Founding Business Development Manager\nFull-time, based out of Nagpur. You will own revenue end-to-end, work directly with the founders on deal strategy, and your feedback will actually shape the product. This is a build role, not a role where you just execute a playbook someone else wrote.\nYou're not selling \"another CRM.\" You're selling a category upgrade from manual admissions chaos to an AI-native operating system to Study Abroad Consultants, Universities, and Higher Education Institutions.\nWhat you will actually be doing\nClosing deals between ₹10L to ₹75L, with the ceiling moving to ₹1Cr plus as we start going after bigger institutions\n\nRunning the full cycle yourself, from outbound to discovery to demo to negotiation to closing\n\nBringing in new business from study abroad consultants, universities and higher education institutions\n\nDoing discovery that actually digs into how a prospect runs admissions today, not just noting down surface level pain points\n\nKeeping your CRM pipeline honest, no inflated numbers, no deals that aren't real\n\nSitting close enough with Product and Customer Success that you're actually influencing what gets built next\n\nWho we want\n4 to 8 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally CRM, ERP, Admissions, EdTech, HRTech or workflow automation\n\nHave personally closed deals of ₹10L or more, this is a must, not a nice to have. Come with 3 references who can vouch for this\n\nComfortable running longer sales cycles with multiple people involved in the decision, not used to quick transactional selling\n\nCan hold a conversation with leadership at an institution, not just talk to whoever picks up the phone\n\nYou build your own pipeline. You don't wait around for leads to land in your inbox\n\nActually wants to build something here, not just hit a number every quarter\n\nWhy this role is worth taking\nYou're the first sales hire on a product that already has 28 years of trust behind it, which is rare. Most startups don't have this\n\nNobody has claimed this category yet in AI native education operations\n\nWhatever you close, you had a hand in building the playbook for.
