We are looking for a Senior SEO Associate who wants to shape how KC is discovered across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the next generation of AI-powered search.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI and data, where your ideas can directly influence organic visibility, qualified traffic and leads. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new search strategies, leverage AI to work smarter, solve real SEO challenges and turn insights into measurable growth.\nIf you are someone who thinks beyond keywords, loves analyzing data, stays ahead of search trends and wants to build the future of organic discovery, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nSEO Strategy & Technical SEO\n\nPlan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, search visibility and leads.\n\nConduct SEO audits, keyword research, search intent, competitor and content gap analysis.\n\nManage Technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, site speed and mobile performance.\n\nImplement and monitor On-Page, Technical, Off-Page and Local SEO activities.\n\nIdentify SEO issues and work with relevant teams to implement and validate improvements.\n\n2. AEO, GEO & AI Search\nDevelop and implement AEO, GEO and AI Search strategies to improve visibility across Google AI Overviews and AI/LLM platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek and other emerging platforms.\n\nOptimize content for AI-generated answers, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask and conversational search.\n\nLeverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for keyword clustering, content planning, SEO research and process automation while maintaining quality and accuracy.\n\nMonitor Google algorithm updates, search behavior and emerging AI search trends to identify new SEO opportunities.\n\n3. Content, Collaboration & Authority Building\nWork with Content, Design, Development and Marketing teams to develop and optimize website pages, blogs and other SEO assets.\n\nDevelop and optimize internal linking and content structures to strengthen website visibility and topical relevance.\n\nExecute white-hat link-building and outreach strategies, including digital PR, guest posting and unlinked brand mention opportunities.\n\nAnalyse competitor backlink profiles and identify relevant authority-building opportunities.\n\n4. SEO Analytics & Reporting\nMonitor organic traffic, rankings, clicks, impressions, CTR, conversions and leads using SEO and analytics tools.\n\nPrepare regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.\n\nAnalyse performance trends and identify opportunities for improving traffic, visibility and organic lead generation.\n\n5.
