This position will instruct the equivalent of 15 credit hours per semester and be responsible for student guidance-advising activities, internal and institutional service, external and community service, professional development activities, and educational leadership. Assignments may include some evening, weekend, and/or off-campus courses. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to teaching, working with a diverse population, and serving the community and technical college mission.\nThe assignment period is a full-time, 10-month (August-May) position.\nJob Duties:\nPosition Requirements:\n1. Ability to teach in a professional, enthusiastic, and organized manner across multiple modalities to reach as many students as possible.\n2. Ability to augment teaching strategies for college-ready and underprepared students to reach diverse populations with diverse educational needs.\n3. Ability to work effectively on a team.\n4. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.\n5. Proficient computer skills.\n6.
