Coordination with institutional leadership is essential to align the Southeast Scholars Program with broader goals related to enrollment, student success, and workforce development. Responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and accountability for the program’s expansion.\nThis is a grant funded project ending June 30, 2027.\nJob Duties:\nBudget & Financial Management\nManage and monitor the Angell Foundation project budget\nOversee budget planning and expenditures for SES programming in Bell and Letcher Counties\nMaintain accurate financial records (invoices, expense records)\nEnsure responsible stewardship and compliance with approved allocations\nProgram Planning & Operations\nPlan, coordinate, and implement academic-year and summer program sessions\nManage logistics: transportation, workshops, community service events, supplies, and food\nProvide mentorship and ongoing student support\nStudent Recruitment & Enrollment\nRecruit and enroll eligible students in grades 6-11 across the SKCTC service area\nConduct school visits and community outreach\nVerify student eligibility and maintain accurate participant records\nCommunicate regularly with students and families through approved channels\nData, Reporting & Compliance\nCollect program data, evaluations, and outcome measures\nMaintain grant, financial, and program documentation\nUse CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) to track program activity and participant data\nPrepare and submit required internal and grant-related reports\nDevelop promotional materials and newsletters\nSupport program visibility through outreach and communications\nPartnership & Stakeholder Relations\nBuild relationships with FRYSC coordinators, school guidance counselors, and key school personnel\nDevelop and maintain community partnerships\nRepresent the program publicly through outreach and partnership-building activities\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.
