The ideal candidate is accurate, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to independently identify discrepancies and manage accounting tasks through completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview, verify, code, and process invoices and payments.\n\nPerform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\n\nManage Ramp transactions, receipts, approvals, and expense documentation.\n\nSupport CAM reconciliations and related financial reviews.\n\nMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.\n\nAssist with month-end and reporting requirements.\n\nFollow up on missing information, documents, and outstanding items.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams.\n\nMaintain organized financial and administrative documentation.\n\nIdentify issues early and recommend practical solutions.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nMinimum of 1.5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable and bookkeeping experience.\n\nHands-on Yardi experience is mandatory.\n\nStrong and recent experience performing bank reconciliations independently.\n\nHands-on experience using Ramp regularly as part of daily accounting work.\n\nExperience with invoice processing, payments, vendor records, and expense transactions.\n\nExperience with CAM reconciliation is highly preferred.\n\nExperience with traditional bookkeeping and month-end support.\n\nExperience investigating reconciliation differences, posting errors, duplicate transactions, and missing documentation.\n\nExperience in property management or commercial real estate accounting is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Yardi, Ramp, Excel, and accounting processes.\n\nGood understanding of Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and financial accuracy.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.\n\nComfortable working independently with limited supervision.\n\nAbility to learn new systems and processes quickly with minimal training.\n\nWilling to work in a hybrid setup;
