from discovery to proof of concept to full deployment.\n\nDevelop customized AI architectures covering data pipelines, ML models, NLP/LLM integrations, and system connectivity.\n\nAdvise on AI platform selection (cloud-native, open-source, third-party SaaS) based on client maturity, budget, and technical environment.\n\nLead Proof of Value (PoV) and pilot engagements, ensuring outcomes are measurable and tied to business KPIs.\n\nPre-Sales & Client Engagement\nCollaborate with business development and account teams to identify AI opportunities and craft compelling proposals and RFP responses.\n\nDeliver engaging, storytelling-driven demos and executive presentations that connect AI capabilities to specific client pain points.\n\nLead technical discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to shape scope and approach.\n\nDefine success metrics and ROI frameworks that translate AI outputs into measurable business impact.\n\nTechnical Delivery & Oversight\nGuide delivery teams through solution architecture, integration design, data governance, and AI model evaluation and deployment.\n\nAdvise on responsible AI principles: fairness, explainability, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance (GDPR, NPC/DPA PH).\n\nAssess client data infrastructure readiness and provide recommendations on data engineering, labeling, and quality pipelines.\n\nOversee QA of AI outputs during project delivery, ensuring alignment with client acceptance criteria.\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders from IT and operations to C-suite decision-makers.\n\nAct as an ongoing advisor post-deployment - identifying new use cases, optimizing models, and ensuring continued ROI.\n\nCommunicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences through structured narratives and business-focused framing.\n\nThought Leadership & Internal Enablement\nStay current on AI trends (LLMs, GenAI, agentic frameworks) and bring insights back to internal teams.\n\nContribute to KDCI's AI knowledge base: playbooks, proposal templates, technical frameworks, and case studies.\n\nMentor junior architects and support capability development across the delivery organization.\n\nRequirements\n3-8 years of experience in AI/ML consulting, solutions architecture, or digital transformation.\n\nDemonstrated ability to scope, design, and oversee AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or GenAI use cases.\n\nHands-on experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).\n\nStrong understanding of data engineering fundamentals: ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, APIs, and cloud storage.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills -
