This is an entry-level, fresh graduate-friendly role: you'll work hands-on with AI agent frameworks under the guidance of senior team members, turning well-scoped business needs into working automations while building your track record.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Agent Development\nBuild and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as LangChain, n8n, Zapier, or similar frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.\n\nSupport the integration of AI agents with internal systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and communication tools through APIs.\n\nTest and debug AI agent workflows, escalating complex issues to senior specialists as needed.\n\nSolution Support & Communication\nHelp translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear and functional automations.\n\nCommunicate project progress, blockers, and technical limitations clearly to internal teams.\n\nDocument workflows, prompts, and system logic to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams to identify simple automation opportunities.\n\nWork closely with AI Trainers and the AI Lead to support the adoption of new AI tools.\n\nProvide first-line support and troubleshooting for deployed AI agents.\n\nLearning & Continuous Improvement\nContinuously build proficiency in emerging AI agent frameworks and automation tools through hands-on practice and mentorship.\n\nMonitor agent performance and identify issues or unexpected behavior.\n\nContribute to internal documentation and best-practice guides for AI agent development.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\n0-2 years of experience in AI, automation, scripting, or a related field.
