files for web and digital use in RGB and print production in CMYK.\n\nEnsure correct file formats, dimensions, resolution, and bleeds.\n\nCollaborate with Senior Designers and other creative team members on assigned projects.\n\nSupport brainstorming and mood-boarding for upcoming campaigns.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n2-4 years of professional experience as a Web & Graphic Designer or in a similar design role.\n\nStrong portfolio or work samples demonstrating both web and graphic design capabilities.\n\nIntermediate knowledge of web, graphic, and print design processes.\n\nMust be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.\n\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace (Google Office) tools.\n\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills.\n\nAbility to work efficiently on production-heavy tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.\n\nWillingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve creative and technical skills.\n\nDemonstrates strong attention to detail and brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to creative and production-heavy tasks.\n\nMust be willing and able to work an assigned early morning or night shift schedule based on business
