Note trends in variation and take corrective and preventative actions.\nClean and sanitize filler, setup (changeover), and start production.\nMaintain the master downtime for the team.\n6S work area (end of shift and end of week deep cleaning.)\nUpdate setup binder at completion of SFO.\nPerform PM on filler area equipment and conveyors.\nShutdown equipment at end of shift.\nCross train with Palletizers to cover absences and promote SME’s, Subject Matter Experts.\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.\n\nMARGINAL JOB DUTIES:\nNone.\n\nEducation / Certification / Qualifications / Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent experience\nProficient in basic math.\nHelpful to have some Assembly experience at Northern Labs and/or leadership experience.\n\nLICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:\nNone.\n\nSpecific Knowledge: (Technical/Product, Organizational and Interpersonal)\nClimb or balance up to 1/3 of the time.\nReach above shoulders; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.\nStand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or touch; talk or hear; and taste or smell 2/3 and more of the time.\nUp to 10 pounds to be lifted or forced to be exerted 2/3 and more of the time.\nUp to 50 pounds to be lifted or force to be exerted up to 1/3 of the time.\nClose vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).\nDistance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).\n\nTOOLS/EQUIPMENT USED:\nWrenches/hand tools 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.\nScales, torque machine, label machines, coder, filler, capper other production equipment as required.\nCalculators, on/off buttons on machinery and pens 2/3 and more of the time.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT/PPE REQUIRED:\nExposure to various chemicals 2/3 and more of the time.\nWork near moving mechanical parts 2/3 and more of the time.\nModerate noise level 2/3 of the time during normal line duties.\nLoud noise level 1/3 of the time from running motors form surrounding machinery.\nPPE is required for specific jobs and when PPE is required, the LOI will specify what is needed.\n\nCOMMENTS\nBe aware of your surroundings.
