If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy both hands-on work and mentoring others—this is where you belong.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nYou’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and continuously improving performance:\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands\nRespond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facility\nIdentify equipment issues through observation and performance metrics\nPerform preventative and periodic maintenance to maximize uptime\nPartner with Reliability Mechanics to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency\nReduce process losses by improving settings, adjustments, and standards\nSupport and lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, loss elimination, etc.)\nTrain and coach Line Leads and Operators on equipment standards and autonomous maintenance\nTranslate technical/OEM information into practical, easy-to-follow processes\nParticipate in daily shift meetings to prioritize work and minimize downtime\nMaintain parts inventory and ensure tools are readily available\nComplete maintenance reports, work orders, and documentation accurately\nWhat We Need From You:\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
