Keep the supply chain moving.\nAre you a supply chain leader who knows how to balance production needs, supplier performance, inventory, and customer demands? kdc/one is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our Buying and Scheduling teams while overseeing business planning and driving continuous improvement.\nThis is an opportunity to make a real impact by strengthening supplier relationships, improving material availability, optimizing inventory, and ensuring our manufacturing operations are ready to meet customer commitments.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary based on experience\nComprehensive benefits package\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nOpportunities for professional growth and career development\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and develop the Buying and Scheduling teams while managing the business planning function.\nTranslate customer demand, forecasts, S&OP plans, inventory needs, and production capacity into actionable supply and material plans.\nOversee production scheduling, purchasing, and material availability to keep operations running smoothly.\nManage supplier relationships and performance, addressing delivery issues and supply risks before they impact production.\nOptimize inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete materials, and balance customer service with working capital goals.\nMonitor KPIs, including supplier OTIF, inventory turns, schedule attainment, and material availability.\nPartner with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Global Sourcing, Finance, and other teams to solve problems and improve performance.\nCoach and develop your team while building efficient, consistent supply chain processes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least 5 years of supply chain management or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.\nAt least 5 years of supervisory experience.\nStrong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.\nExperience with inventory optimization, production planning, scheduling, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.\nStrong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.\nA bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is strongly preferred.\nAPICS/ISM certification is a plus.\nExperience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or contract manufacturing is highly desirable.\nWhy kdc/one?\nAt kdc/one, our teams help bring innovative products to life for leading brands.
