We're looking for a hands-on Process Optimization Engineer who enjoys working alongside production teams, tackling challenges, and making improvements that actually stick. What You'll Be Doing: Find ways to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Troubleshoot production challenges and identify the root cause of recurring issues. Reduce downtime, waste, and process variation. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving tools.
