Visa sponsorship is not available.\nkdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.\nThis is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, managing SAP projects, and partnering with teams across multiple locations—including our Central SAP Services team in Europe.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead SAP projects from planning through implementation and delivery.\nManage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP Business Analysts.\nOversee SAP support, enhancements, integrations, and system performance.\nPartner with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into effective SAP solutions.\nDrive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement.\nManage project budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and service performance.\nSupport SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA initiatives in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\nHands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.\nExperience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.\n3–5+ years of people management experience in a multi-site environment.\nStrong SAP project management and full-lifecycle implementation experience.\nKnowledge of SAP configuration, system integrations, and custom enhancements.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Power BI, GIB Suite, GuiXT, or Winshuttle is a plus.
