That's why this is primarily an on-site role.\n\nHelp us build KEBA's Data Platform\nKEBA is building an enterprise data platform that will provide the foundation for data, analytics and AI across the entire Group.\n\nAfter developing our first data products, exploring different architectural approaches and building our Data Engineering capability, we are now entering the next phase: turning what we have built into a reliable, secure and scalable platform.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who wants to take\ntechnical ownership of our cloud infrastructure, automation and operational practices, while helping us strengthen our in-house DevOps competence in Novi Sad.\n\nYou will work alongside Data Engineers and experienced internal and external\nexperts, taking ownership of the infrastructure, automation and operational\nfoundations that allow our data platform for years to come.\n\nWe are building a platform for the next decade—not for the next sprint. That also\nshapes the way we work: we value automation, thoughtful engineering, sustainable\npace and long-term thinking over constant firefighting.\n\nWhat will you actually do?\nAs a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will help shape, build and operate the infrastructure and automation behind KEBA's enterprise data platform.\n\nYour focus will be on making our platform reliable, secure, repeatable and easy to\noperate. You will take ownership of key DevOps topics, support Data Engineers in\nrunning their workloads and help define how DevOps and DataOps practices evolve within our team.\n\nYou will remain hands-on while having the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role and help develop the competence of other engineers.\n\nResponsibilities\n► Operate and continuously improve our Azure-based enterprise data platform\n► Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes, primarily using GitLab\n► Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code across platform environments\n► Establish and improve monitoring, logging, alerting and operational support practices\n► Ensure platform reliability, performance, availability and infrastructure cost efficiency\n► Support Data Engineers in deploying, operating and troubleshooting data\nworkloads\n► Contribute to cloud architecture, networking, access management and compliance practices\n► Take ownership of technical topics, establish engineering standards and share knowledge across the team\n\nRequirements\n► 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or Platform\nEngineering, including substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n► Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud infrastructure\n► Solid experience in Git (GitLab), CI/CD and release management\n► Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool\n► Good understanding of cloud networking concepts\n► Programming or scripting experience, preferably Python\n► Experience with monitoring, logging and troubleshooting production systems\n► Strong automation mindset, ownership and problem-solving skills\n► Professional proficiency in English\n\nNice to have\n► Knowledge of Azure networking technologies such as VNets, Private Endpoints and ExpressRoute\n► Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized workloads\n► Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives\n► Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or a similar data platform\n► Familiarity with DataOps practices and working closely with Data Engineering teams\n►
