our continued growth in Serbia, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as:\nAccounting Manager\nLocation: Serbia\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.\nManage general ledger activities, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.\nEnsure timely and accurate tax calculations, filings, and statutory reporting.\nCoordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.\nMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes.\nDevelop, implement, and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems.\nSupport management with financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and decision-making processes.\nLead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.\nProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership
