Our continuous expansion and development abroad strengthen our mission to offer sustainability solutions that improve people's lives and protect the environment.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an Energy Systems Supervisorto join KEBE Groupand drive energy efficiency across our manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will optimise energy use, oversee renewable energy assets and lead projects that reduce costs and support more sustainable manufacturing.\nCore Responsibilities\nOptimise electricity and natural gas use across our factories, implementing and managing energy monitoring systems to identify savings and improve performance.\nOversee renewable energy assets and projects, including wind farms, ensuring efficient operation.\nLead energy efficiency projects across production facilities and utility infrastructure, working closely with Production and Maintenance teams.\nEvaluate energy supply contracts, manage energy costs, forecasts and budgets, and report on energy and sustainability performance.\nSupport energy and sustainability policies and oversee compliance with relevant energy regulations.\nManage energy-related research and innovation programmes, coordinating partners, deliverables and timelines.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Systems or Industrial Engineering.\nExperience in industrial energy management and energy efficiency, with knowledge of sustainability practices.\nProficiency in implementing and managing energy monitoring systems.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.\nA solid understanding of energy regulations and licensing processes.\nOur Commitment to You\nCompetitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.\nPerformance-based bonus structure.\nComprehensive health and wellness programs, including private insurance.\nRetirement plan eligibility.\nBenefits such as monthly vouchers and other employee incentives.\nContinuous training and development opportunities.\nKEBEis committed to innovative practices, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives.
