Sourcing Lead

Working Closely With the Operating Director - Talent to drive CXO level hiring for the portfolio companies and making Kedaara an employer of choice amongst high potential candidates.

The Sourcing lead will be required to lead the sourcing strategy for roles and be able to go in the market and bring in deep insights as they build an active pipeline of candidates.

Project manage and play a critical role in the entire search execution process from candidate development to stakeholder management.

Have deep market and/or functional knowledge and be valued as an expert in their industry and/or functional area.

Assist in digitising recruiting processes and streamlining workflows to set up a robust Talent Acquisition function

Key Responsibilities

Search Execution - take responsibility for successful execution of assignments, work with the Operating Director - Talent, deal team and the Hiring managers from the portfolio side to understand the parameters of the search assignments. Execute the development of the position specification and search strategy, and execute search assignments to ensure thorough research and sourcing, identification of high potential candidates, comprehensive screens, high-quality reports, and thorough reference checks.

Candidate Management - Manage candidates through the entire process, and own the communication between the hiring team and candidate.

Knowledge Management - Enable ATS adoption by the hiring teams to build repository and database for all searches

Proactive mapping - At all times be in the market to meet and engage with potential candidates, educate on the Kedaara story, keep them engaged with the help of the deal team members and nurture long term relationships which help Kedaara identify CXO candidates within a very short period of time.

Support in institutionalising networking events/Awards etc as alternate sources of staying in touch with Hi-Po Candidates

Employer Branding - work with the OP- Talent to create assets, curate earned media references and build a long term employer branding strategy
