Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.\nKeeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for our Civil Energy Team in St. Louis, MO.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAssist in total project management related to estimating, scheduling, safety, operations & quality. \nAbility to manage a small project with weekly review/guidance from upper management. \nAssist in managing the risk in relation to job-site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site. \nRecognize, identify, and prevent issues with safety, quality, and incidents on and around job sites and work areas. \nHelp coordinate the project schedule to ensure project milestones are met. Begin to plan work and schedule subcontractors, crews, and equipment. \nWork with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs. \nWork with estimators in pre-construction meetings with key supervisors in operations to assist in the productive progress of a project. \nAssist in facilitating all project controls, documentation, and procedures. Maintain current budgets and notify leaders of any budget impacts. \nWork with more senior team members to facilitate change orders and close out documentation with clients. \nCoordinate resources with other project managers, general superintendents, project engineers, etc. \nAssist in documenting all project impacts in relation to the project schedule, budget, and plans. \nBegin to identify and rectify potential and actual project delays throughout the project. \nManage all job costs incurred during project to date and predict estimated costs on remaining production. \nManage LCPR & Material Logs to account for FCAC. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of two years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above. \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) \nBackground of technical skills and understanding of substation, transmission/distribution, and/or deep foundation drilling projects.\nAbility to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients. \nUnderstanding of obtaining permits, meeting owners’ contractual requirements (i.e. submittals, insurance/bonds, billing documents, close out documents, etc.), time keeping, progress reports, billing and collection, subcontracts, accounts payable, change orders, etc.\n#LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
