Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.\nKeeley Companies is looking to hire a Contracts Administrator for our Risk Management Group located at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. \nPrimary Responsibilities\nPrepare, review, and process contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, and other business-related documents. \nUtilize approved templates and contract language while ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract documentation. \nCoordinate internal contract review and approval processes with Legal, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, and other stakeholders. \nTrack contracts through the approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and closeout process. \nMaintain contract files and document repositories to ensure accurate and accessible records. \nMonitor contract expiration dates, notice periods, insurance requirements, and other contractual obligations. \nSupport the administration of contract lifecycle management processes and systems. \nAssist with contract revisions, redlines, and document version control. \nGenerate contract reports and provide status updates to internal stakeholders. \nEnsure executed agreements are properly documented and stored in accordance with company policies. \nAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests. \nSupport process improvement initiatives related to contract management and administration. \nCoordinate electronic signature processes and finalized agreement distribution. \nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or related field preferred. \n2-5 years of contract administration, legal support, procurement, document control, or related experience preferred. \nExperience with contract management software or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems preferred. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \n#LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
