This person is required to travel at 100%\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision.\nPerform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work.\nAssist in the preparation of work plans and work packages.\nAssist in field surveying and work layout support including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data.\nAssist in compiling, processing, and confirming daily labor timesheets.\nAssist in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s).\nParticipate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety training.\nOrder and schedule material deliveries.\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the jobsite.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience and education.\nAt least 2 years of experience in the construction field.\nMust have working knowledge and be able to direct the operations of at least these management systems: scheduling - CPM, unit man-hour performance, material control, estimating and subcontracts.\nExperience with leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning and organization.\nAll candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.\nEOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
