The Payroll Specialist is a professional responsible for managing the payroll processes within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure that employees are accurately compensated for their work, including wages, salaries, bonuses, and benefits, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. \nPrimary Responsibilities\nAssist in processing weekly certified payroll on required customer and standard forms. \nAssist with collective bargaining monthly reporting & reconciliation. \nSupport internal and external audit requests related to payroll. \nMaintain accurate employee payroll records, including wage rates, taxes and benefit deductions. \nConduct routine time and payroll record audits to ensure accuracy. \nAssist in calculating and processing layoff/termination checks. \nProcess payroll for multiple companies \nMonitor and respond to employee inquiries \nSupport year-end payroll reporting and tax documentation as needed. \nAnalyze garnishment orders, setup deductions, and process weekly payments \n Minimum Qualifications\n1-3years of experience preferred in related field. \nAssociates in accountingor business-related field preferred. \nCandidatemust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. \nCommunicate effectively both orally and through writing and workcooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment. \nExperience withCMiC \nFamiliarityof multi-state tax regulations \nExperience with multi-craft unions a plus \nExperience with UKG is beneficial \n#LI-BM1 #LI-Onsite\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
