Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.\nKeeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Civil Infrastructure Group in St. Louis, MO.\nPrimary Responsibilities \nCoordinate onboarding activities for new project team members, including collecting required documentation, completing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company and project requirements.\n\nPrepare, process, and maintain project-related paperwork, forms, and administrative documentation.\n\nAssist with the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other project-related requests.\n\nMaintain organized project files and document control systems, ensuring records are accurate, current, and easily accessible.\n\nGenerate and distribute routine project reports, tracking key information and providing updates to project leadership as needed.\n\nSupport Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative tasks to ensure efficient project operations.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Accounting, Procurement, and People Operations, to ensure timely processing of project-related requests.\n\nTrack outstanding documentation, approvals, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nSupport group initiatives, including event planning/coordination, maintaining and updating scorecard metrics, developing presentation materials, etc.\nAssist with maintaining project records, including contracts, invoices, correspondence, and other supporting documentation.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes, reporting accuracy, and overall project efficiency.\n\nMinimum Qualifications \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.\n\n1-3 years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience preferred.\n\nPrevious experience in construction, engineering, or a project-based environment preferred.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with project teams and cross-functional departments.\n\nExperience with construction management software or ERP systems preferred.\n\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\n\nAll candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.\n#LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
