Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.\nKeeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Civil Energy Team in St. Louis, MO.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManage and lead project teams to deliver successful outcomes with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. \nDevelop comprehensive project plans prior to project kickoff to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. \nBuild, manage, and strategize project schedules. Recognize, identify, and rectify potential impacts. \nUnderstand and coordinate all roles within the project lifecycle, from administrative functions to owner responsibilities. \n\nWork with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs. Ensure that materials meet specifications and that packing slips match the quantity delivered. \nManage risk in relation to job-site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site. \nWork with estimators to organize a pre-construction meeting with key supervisors in operations to help producea project. \nFacilitate changeorders and closeout documentation with clients. \nCommunicate and coordinate with local municipal inspectors, consulting firms, engineering firms, owner representatives, and local utilities. \nSchedule subcontractors when needed and manage effective communication to avoid delays in operations. \nAbility to read and write subcontracts & vendor agreements based on their owners’ contract requirements. \nCoordinate resources with other project managers, general superintendents, project engineers, etc. \nManage and grow a team by taking responsibility and genuine interest in their team’s development and growth. \nCollaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure consistent communication and alignment throughout the project. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of five years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.\nBackground of technical skills and understanding of substation, transmission/distribution, and deep foundation drilling projects.\nAbility to build and maintaina positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients. \nProficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.\n\n#LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite\nAll Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
