Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.\nKeeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Self-Perform Paving Group in Phoenix, AZ.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet production and contract requirements. \nManage project coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, labor, and equipment. \nEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies; promote a culture of safety on all job sites. \nOversee quality control activities, including jobsite inspections, documentation, and corrective actions as needed. \nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. \nCollaborate with stakeholders and internal leadership to align expectations and support project success. \nMaintain responsibility for project financial performance, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. \nIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve field or project challenges impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality. \nDrive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project execution and outcomes. \nLead and participate in project meetings, documenting action items, follow-ups, and reporting progress to management. \nCoordinate and support field operations by working onsite as needed and providing direction to field crews and staff. \nEnsure all project documentation is accurate and complete, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, production reports, and closeout deliverables. \nAssist with quantity takeoffs, cost calculations, historical cost analysis, subcontractor and supplier quote comparisons, risk identification, cost database maintenance, and review of project plans and specifications using estimating tools.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience. \nMinimum of 3 years of project management experience required.
