This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional to expand their expertise, gain broad exposure to the business, and build a strong foundation for future financial leadership.\nIn this role, you’ll have a direct impact on the integrity of the company’s financial reporting-supporting critical close and reporting activities, strengthening accounting controls, and ensuring financial information is accurate, reliable, and compliant. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify improvements, solve problems, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the finance function.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFinancial Close & Reporting \nPrepare and execute key month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.\nReview and analyze general ledger activity to ensure account balances are accurate, supported, and complete.\nAssist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, management reports, and reporting deliverables.\nInvestigate accounting discrepancies, unusual variances, and reconciling items to ensure timely and accurate resolution.\nAccounting Operations \nPartner with the BPO team to execute accounting activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of month-end close deliverables.\nSupport key accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management activities.\nMaintain accurate financial records, supporting documentation, and audit-ready accounting processes.\nCompliance & Controls \nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including GAAP/IFRS, and support accurate and timely financial reporting.\nSupport external audits by preparing audit-ready reconciliations, supporting documentation, and responses to auditor inquiries.\nAssist with the preparation of statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.\nHelp maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and supporting documentation to promote accuracy, consistency, and compliance.\nProcess Improvements & Special Projects \nDocument accounting processes, methodologies, and key controls to promote consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness.\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, documentation, and internal controls, and help drive implementation of solutions.\nAssist the Financial Controller with financial analysis, special projects, and other initiatives that support the evolving needs of the business.\n What You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.\nPublic accounting, external audit, is preferred.\nExperience with ERP/accounting software, such as SAP.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nCPA, CMA, or progress toward a professional accounting certification is preferred.\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.\nEffective communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader finance team.\nWhy This Role\nThis is an opportunity for an accounting professional to take on meaningful responsibility within a business unit, gain broad exposure across accounting and financial reporting, and contribute to process and control improvements. The role is well suited for someone who is proactive, curious, and motivated to continue developing toward a broader finance leadership position.\n The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$110,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.\nIn addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
