The position gathers sales data from multiple distributors, combines and validates it, and uses it to keep the database accurate and current. The position also supports the sales commission process, including commission calculations and commission process and territory changes, and develops reporting and analytical tools that improve visibility into key sales performance indicators.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nMaintain and update the SQL Server sales database that key business processes rely on\nCollect sales data from multiple distributors and combine, clean, and standardize it\nWrite and maintain SQL queries to load, validate, and reconcile sales data in the database\nCalculate and prepare sales commissions, reconciling results with sales data and resolving discrepancies\nImplement and document changes to sales commission processes, plans, and sales territory assignments\nRun financial / business analysis models and sales reports\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and analyze underlying performance drivers\nPerform maintenance and updates to current automated reporting tools\nSupport continuous improvement projects through automation and standardization\nPerform ad hoc sales analysis requests as needed\nServe as a business partner to management teams and various business functions\nPerform recurring operational tasks to support specific business processes\nEnsure compliance with relevant corporate guidelines and procedures\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in relevant subject area required. Degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum 5+ years of business analysis experience, including hands-on SQL Server work.\nCompetencies\nRequired competencies include: \nFluent in SQL, with strong hands-on experience maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases\nExperience combining and reconciling data from multiple external sources\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas\nProficient in Power BI, including building and maintaining reports and dashboards\nProficient in MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Access\nProactive team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help others\nExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks appropriately\nApplies high level of attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining confidentiality\nAbility to work independently\nDesired competencies include: \nExperience with computer scripting languages\nExperience with SQL Server database administration and management\n The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-115,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.\nIn addition to a base salary and commission plan, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
