Working closely with product marketing and sales, the Manager ensures that every activity communicates clear customer value and contributes to measurable business results.\nThe ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a small team while still personally driving execution. This position directly leads marketing operations, graphic design and events personnel and coordinates external agencies and vendors as needed.\nIntegrated Campaign Strategy and Execution\nTranslate marketing strategy, product launches, vertical market priorities, and integration partnerships into integrated campaign plans.\nCoordinate campaigns across email, website, social media, advertising, webinars, public relations, and events.\nOwn the integrated marketing calendar, ensuring clear priorities, realistic timelines, and consistent execution.\nPartner with product marketing to translate positioning and value propositions into compelling campaigns and customer-facing content.\nDevelop programs that support distributors, dealers, integrators, and end users.\nBrand, Content, and Communications\nMaintain consistent Radionix branding, messaging, and tone across marketing channels.\nExecute the development and production of campaign assets, collateral, case studies, presentations, videos, and sales materials.\nManage and drive marketing communications, including customer announcements, newsletters, social media, and media outreach.\nDirect creative resources and external partners through clear briefs, feedback, and approval processes.\nDigital Marketing and Demand Generation\nLead email marketing, website campaign updates, landing pages, and digital promotion.\nUse HubSpot to support campaign execution, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.\nPartner with sales and marketing operations resources to establish effective lead capture, qualification, routing, and follow-up.\nMonitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.\nEvents and Trade Shows\nOversee the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, partner activities, and webinars.\nConnect events to broader campaigns through coordinated promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.\nManage event priorities, vendors, and performance reporting in partnership with events personnel.\nTeam and Performance Management\nIdentify and implement practical uses of AI to streamline marketing operations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.\nLead, coach, and develop direct reports.\nManage workloads, establish accountability, and improve collaboration across marketing functions.\nManage assigned campaigns, agency relationships, and vendor performance.\nEstablish program objectives and report results, spending, and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.\n Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including responsibility for integrated campaigns or marketing communications.\nExperience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, productivity, and campaign execution.\nExperience managing employees and coordinating cross-functional projects.\nDemonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing programs across digital channels, content, and events.\nStrong writing, editing, creative briefing, and presentation skills.\nAbility to interpret campaign data and use findings to improve marketing performance.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in B2B marketing, preferably within physical security, technology, manufacturing, or another business with technical products and partner sales channels.\nExperience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.\nSupporting product launches, technology integrations, or vertical market campaigns.\nConnecting trade show activity and digital campaigns to sales opportunities.\nFamiliarity with website analytics and CRM reporting.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrategic and hands-on: Connects business goals to execution.\nCustomer-focused: Turns technical features into customer value.\nCollaborative: Builds strong relationships across teams and partners.\nAccountable and proactive: Takes ownership and anticipates challenges.\nOrganized and adaptable: Manages priorities and adjusts as needed.\nCreative and analytical: Generates ideas and uses data to improve results.\nStrong communicator: Provides clear direction and constructive feedback.\nSupportive people leader: Empowers and develops team members.\nCurious and resourceful: Learns quickly and finds practical solutions.\n Quality-minded: Delivers accurate, consistent work on time.\n The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-120,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.\nIn addition to a base salary and commission plan, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
