The Training Content Coordinator Co-op will partner with the Director of Technical Solutions to assist in the assessment, design and development of training for both internal and external customers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with the Director of Technical Solutions to evaluate and assess training capabilities across intrusion products, systems and tools.\nEvaluate AI tools within the production environment to ensure performance, reliability, and effectiveness.\nDevelop AI-assisted learning modules using generative AI tools.\nImplement AI-driven knowledge bases and chatbot training simulations; use analytics to personalize learning pathways.\nLeverage AI tools to automate assessments and performance tracking.\nAssist in the design and delivery of technical support training programs in all available forms; virtual, and instructor led.\nSupport initiatives that empower technicians and help them promote their own brand to customers.\nSupport marketing and AI training innovations that drive the evolution of a best-in-class training model for both internal and external use.\nProvide comprehensive support across telecommunications and platform management, including learning product management responsibilities.\nE-Learning & Content Creation\nDevelop interactive courses using LMS and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar).\nCreate video tutorials, microlearning modules, and simulation-based training.\nMaintain and update knowledge base documentation.\nDesign assessments, quizzes, and certification programs.\n Required Qualifications\nPursuing bachelor’s in business administration, Management or Instructional Design with focus on optimization and AI adoption strategies.\nPursuing a degree in Information Systems / Technology Management is acceptable with course work related to bridging business with technological advances.\nGPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.\nExperience with AI and other advanced technology is required. \nMust have an innovative mind-set.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills as well as advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to multitask and work effectively required.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.\n The U.S. hourly range for this full-time position is $22.00-23.00 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.\nIn addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
