The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product management, automation engineers, test technicians, and quality teams to ensure products meet functional, performance, and regulatory expectations.\nThis position plays a key role in translating requirements into structured verification activities and helping build a scalable regression testing strategy through collaboration with automation and test teams.\nEssential Responsibilities\nRequirements Analysis & Verification\nReview product, system, and regulatory requirements to ensure they are clear, testable, and traceable.\nDevelop verification strategies that demonstrate compliance with product and regulatory requirements.\nCreate and maintain requirements traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and verification results.\nParticipate in requirements reviews and provide feedback regarding testability and risk.\nTest Planning & Test Development\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test procedures, and test cases for hardware, firmware, and software products.\nEnsure adequate test coverage across functional, integration, system, performance, and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify opportunities for regression testing and automation.\nWork with automation engineers to transition suitable manual test cases into automated regression tests.\nProduct Verification & Validation\nExecute manual verification and validation testing.\nDocument test results and provide clear pass/fail assessments against requirements.\nInvestigate, document, and track defects through resolution.\nSupport regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing activities.\nVerify fixes and perform impact assessments for product changes.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate testing activities with automation engineers, manual testers, and test technicians.\nWork with technicians on laboratory and regulatory testing activities requiring specialized equipment or technical expertise.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve product issues and improve product quality.\nProvide status updates and test coverage metrics to project stakeholders.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in quality assurance, verification and validation, systems testing, or product testing.\nExperience developing test plans, test procedures, and test cases from product requirements.\nStrong understanding of software and hardware testing methodologies.\nExperience executing structured manual testing activities.\nAbility to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective test coverage.\nExperience documenting and managing software and hardware defects.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively across engineering, quality, and product teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with requirements management and traceability practices.\nExperience using Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar test management tools.\nFamiliarity with automated testing concepts and regression testing strategies.\nExperience testing embedded systems, connected devices, firmware, or electronic products.\nKey Skills\nRequirements Analysis\nVerification & Validation (V&V)\nTest Planning\nTest Case Development\nManual Testing\nRequirements Traceability\nDefect Management\nRoot Cause Analysis\nHardware Testing\nFirmware Testing\nSoftware Testing\nRegression Testing\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nTechnical Documentation\nRisk-Based Testing\n The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-100,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.\nIn addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
