This role works closely with consultants, system integrators, distributors, end users, and internal sales teams to ensure successful application of Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions.\nIn addition to individual project responsibilities, the Senior Solutions Engineer provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and coordination for Solutions Engineers within the region. The role helps establish technical best practices, ensures consistent customer support, and acts as a key voice between customers, sales teams, product management, and engineering.\nRegional Responsibility\nThis position is based in Singapore and serves as the regional technical lead for Asia Pacific. The Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for managing and developing the Solutions Engineering resources located in China and India while personally providing solutions engineering support throughout the remainder of the Asia Pacific region. This includes supporting consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users; coordinating regional project activities; ensuring consistent technical engagement; and serving as the primary escalation point for complex system design and application challenges. Travel throughout the region is expected as required to support customers, partners, training initiatives, and strategic business opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Solutions Engineering\nDevelop system designs and recommendations for professional audio projects.\nCreate acoustic simulation models and performance predictions using tools such as EASE and related software.\nReview project requirements and develop complete bills of material and system recommendations.\nSupport consultants, integrators, distributors, and end users with system design and product application guidance.\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.\nProvide technical support during project design, commissioning, and optimization phases.\nWork closely with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and expand customer adoption of Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions.\nRegional Leadership\nProvide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Solutions Engineers throughout the region.\nCoordinate workload, project assignments, and regional priorities among the Solutions Engineering team.\nEncourage consistent engineering practices, documentation standards, and customer engagement approaches.\nAssist with onboarding, development, and performance coaching of regional team members.\nEscalate resource needs, market trends, and customer feedback to the Global Director.\nCustomer Enablement\nDeliver product, software, and system design training to customers, consultants, distributors, and system integrators.\nSupport certification and competency development programs.\nRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Training, and Technical Support teams.\nProvide market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive activity, and product opportunities.\nContribute to technical documentation, application guides, and knowledge base content.\nAssist with new product introductions by supporting training, demonstrations, and early customer deployments.\n Required\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in professional audio and AV engineering.\nDemonstrated experience designing and specifying complex audio systems.\nStrong understanding of acoustics, loudspeaker systems, DSP platforms, networking concepts, and audio transport technologies.\nExperience supporting consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.\nStrong communication and presentation skills in English.\nAbility to travel internationally as required.\nPreferred\nPrior experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical engineering resources.\nExperience using EASE, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related design tools.\nIndustry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante Certification, EASE, networking certifications, or equivalent.\nExperience with enterprise, commercial, hospitality, transportation, education, worship, or stadium applications.\nProficiency in English is required.
