As Payroll Manager, you’ll own payroll operations across North America, ensuring every pay run is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll lead a talented payroll team, partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT, and play a key role in scaling payroll processes as the business grows.\nIf you’re excited by transformation, enjoy mentoring others, and bring strong payroll expertise, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead end-to-end North American payroll operations, with a strong focus on process, compliance and labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements\nManage and develop a payroll team, creating a collaborative, accountable, and people-first environment.\nOversee payroll for workforce, including weekly and bi-weekly hourly payrolls\nPartner with internal teams and third-party providers to support payroll delivery, system integrations, and business expansion\nOwn payroll audits, reconciliations, year-end activities, and general ledger accuracy\nDrive payroll transformation initiatives, improving processes, standardizing workflows, and scaling systems for future growth\nLead payroll system implementations and enhancements, including Workday\nManage change effectively by guiding stakeholders through new processes, training, and transitions\nMaintain clear documentation, policies, and procedures, serving as a trusted payroll knowledge resource\nProvide strategic payroll support for mergers, acquisitions, and onboarding of new locations\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA proven payroll leader who is energized by managing and developing teams\n7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years managing global payroll operations\nStrong global payroll experience, particularly in Canada\nHands-on experience with Workday and ADP experience is preferred\nPayroll process experience, including weekly or bi-weekly hourly populations\nSolid understanding of payroll compliance, HRIS and timekeeping systems, and general ledger integration\nExperience identifying and leading process improvements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field; CPP or equivalent certification is a plus\nKeenova offers employees a Total Rewards package which includes competitive pay and benefits.
