Following migration from Cisco to Content Guru, the position has shifted to Verint PCI compliance and onboarding work, with occasional legacy Cisco telephony coverage during the transition.\nAs the environment continues moving away from traditional Cisco telephony, the role is expected to concentrate increasingly on Content Guru support.\nBusiness Context and Key Challenges:\nSupports telephony environment as it transitions from Cisco IP telephony to ContentGuru, with a near-term focus on Verint compliance and onboarding;\n\nFirst 3-6 months: drive VerintPCI compliance activities and onboarding, provide occasional Cisco telephony\nengineering coverage, and begin building Content Guru support capability;\n\nKey priorities: Verint PCIcompliance and onboarding, ramping Content Guru support, and winding down\ntraditional Cisco telephony engineering scope.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Verint PCI complianceactivities for the US telephony/recording environment, including configuration,\nvalidation, and audit readiness;\n\nManage Verint onboarding fornew sites, systems, and users as part of the compliance program;\n\nProvide occasional Cisco IPtelephony engineering and system design coverage during the Cisco-to-Content\nGuru transition;\n\nBuild up Content Guru platformsupport and engineering capability as the environment shifts away from Cisco\ntelephony;\n\nDesign, test, and validate PCIDSS controls across recording and IVR platforms;\n\nPartner with compliance andsecurity teams to document and remediate PCI-related findings;\n\nProvide technical guidance ontelephony architecture decisions through the multi-platform transition period.\n\nRequisitos e qualificações\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nHands-on IP telephonyengineering (Cisco UCM/CUBE/voice gateways) at principal level, including\nsystem design experience;\n\nVerint recording/complianceplatform experience, including PCI DSS control implementation and system\nonboarding;\n\nWorking knowledge of PCI DSSrequirements as applied to telephony and call recording environments;\n\nExposure to Content Guru or acomparable cloud CCaaS platform, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on new\ntelephony platforms;\n\nFluent English, written andspoken: able to work directly with US business and compliance stakeholders and\ninterview in English;\n\nExperience collaborating acrossinternational, multicultural teams and time zones;\n\nStrong ownership and autonomy,able to operate independently on compliance-driven deliverables with minimal\nsupervision.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nDirect hands-on experience withthe Content Guru platform;\n\nPCI DSS certification orQSA-adjacent audit exposure;\n\nExperience in insurance orother regulated, enterprise-scale environments;\n\nCisco voice certifications(CCNP/CCIE Collaboration) from prior telephony engineering work.\n\nExperience Requirements:\n8+ years in IP telephonyengineering, with principal-level ownership of system design and architecture\ndecisions;\n\nDemonstrated delivery in acompliance-driven capacity (PCI DSS or comparable regulated framework);\n\nTrack record supportingplatform migrations/transitions (e.g., legacy telephony to cloud CCaaS) in\nenterprise environments.\n\nEducation and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience;\n\nPCI DSS-related and/or Verintcertifications preferred;
