Fluent English and\nthe ability to collaborate effectively with international and multicultural\nteams are required.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nDynatrace\nMonitoring and Administration:\nDesign,implement, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring for applications, services, and\nsupporting infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments;\n\nInstall,configure, and troubleshoot Dynatrace components, including OneAgent,\nActiveGate, and platform integrations;\n\nValidate monitoring coverage and data qualityfor newly onboarded and existing services;\n\nEstablishmonitoring standards for tagging, management zones, naming conventions, alert\nrouting, dashboard patterns, and runbooks.\n\nAlerting, Dashboards, and Service Reliability:\nCreateand tune alerting strategies using events, problems, anomaly detection,\nthresholds, and performance baselines to improve signal-to-noise ratio;\n\nDevelopand maintain dashboards, reports, and service health views for engineering\nteams and leadership;\n\nDefineand recommend performance monitoring KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business\noutcomes;\n\nAnalyzeperformance and capacity trends, identify degradation or scaling risks, and\nrecommend remediation options.\n\nIncident\nTriage and Root-Cause Analysis:\nSupportincident triage by analyzing traces, service flows, dependencies, logs,\nmetrics, and user-experience signals;\n\nLeaddeep-dive investigations into performance, reliability, and scalability issues;\n\nCollaboratewith engineering and operations teams to isolate impact, determine root causes,\nand track remediation actions;\n\nIntegrateDynatrace with ITSM and collaboration workflows to support ticket creation,\nalert enrichment, and ownership routing.\n\nAutomation and Continuous Improvement:\nAutomatemonitoring onboarding and operational activities through APIs, scripting, CI/CD\npractices, and configuration-as-code approaches;\n\nPartnerwith application development and DevOps teams to instrument services and embed\nobservability throughout the SDLC;\n\nMaintaintechnical documentation and contribute to the monitoring knowledge base;\n\nProvideguidance and training to teams adopting Dynatrace and observability practices.\n\nRequisitos e qualificações\nRequired\nQualifications / Skills:\n5 ormore years of experience in application development, DevOps, Site Reliability\nEngineering, platform engineering, or production operations supporting cloud or\nhybrid environments;\n\nStrongunderstanding of application performance monitoring and observability concepts,\nincluding metrics, logs, traces, dependency mapping, synthetic monitoring,\nalerting, SLOs, and SLAs;\n\nExperiencetroubleshooting production performance and reliability issues using telemetry\nand structured investigation methods;\n\nWorkingknowledge of distributed systems, microservices, containers, Kubernetes,\nWindows and Linux, HTTP, DNS, load balancing, and networking fundamentals;\n\nExperiencewith AWS or Azure environments;\n\nExperiencewith scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, APIs, or\nequivalent technologies;\n\nUnderstandingof CI/CD practices and their use in scalable monitoring onboarding and\noperational automation;\n\nAbilityto learn Dynatrace quickly and apply it to service onboarding, telemetry\nvalidation, dashboards, alert tuning, and troubleshooting;\n\nStronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;\n\nFluentEnglish, both written and spoken;\n\nProven ability to work effectively with global,multicultural, and distributed teams. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-onexperience with Dynatrace in enterprise environments;\n\nDynatraceAssociate or Dynatrace Professional certification;\n\nExperienceadministering Dynatrace at enterprise scale;\n\nExperience with ITSM integrations andoperational workflows. \n\nEducation:\nBachelor'sdegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related\nfield is preferred;\n\nRelevant professional experience may beconsidered in place of a specific
