Most of the time, we provide the leads.\nThis role is fully remote and offers long-term, full-time collaboration within an international team.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct online product demos and meetings with SMB leads to present Keepgo’s B2B solutions and drive deal closures.\n\nCommunicate with leads through multiple channels, including emails, whatsapp, and online meetings, until successful closure.\n\nDevelop and demonstrate strong knowledge of Keepgo’s telecom and software products, including esimba.ai, IoT solutions - business.keepgo.com\n\nEffectively communicate product features, benefits, and business value to SMB customers.\n\nBuild trust with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.\n\nSupport local partners during the sales process by providing product expertise and assisting in closing deals.\n\nMaintain consistent follow-up with leads and ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.\n\nStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the telecommunications and SaaS industries.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals and customer needs.\n\nRequirements:\nFluent/Native English - ability to communicate across different accents\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nMinimum of 6 months of experience in B2B sales and software/SaaS products\n\nTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and digital products\n\nStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills\n\nAbility to build rapport and establish trust with customers\n\nUnderstanding of SMB sales processes and customer relationship management\n\nExperience working with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus\n\nExperience in telecom, SaaS, or tech industry within CIS/International markets is a plus\n\nWhat We
