This role bridges Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support clean revenue recognition and operational excellence.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll report into Finance, where you’ll review, validate, and book partner POs against quotes. You’ll make sure orders are accurate, so Finance can recognize revenue correctly and partners get a seamless experience. The role calls for precision, system know-how, and cross-functional collaboration.\nYou will:\nReview incoming partner POs to make sure details match Salesforce quotes.\n\nEnter and process orders in Salesforce, linking them to the right accounts and contracts.\n\nSend order confirmations to partners.\n\nUpload and organize PO files so Finance always has a clean audit trail.\n\nFlag discrepancies or missing information to sales teams.\n\nLearn the end-to-end SaaS order-to-cash process.\n\nAbout you\nMust-haves:\nShow strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.\n\nManage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.\n\nHave basic Excel skills.\n\nCommunicate clearly and work well in a team.\n\nFluency in English (both written and spoken).\n\nNice-to-haves:\nSalesforce experience.\n\nExperience in an office, admin, finance, or customer support role.\n\nFamiliarity with purchase orders and CRM systems.\n\nAbout us\nAt Keepit, we're on a mission to make cloud data protection simple, reliable, and built to last.
