You will join a team that sets the standard for how engineering is done at Keepit. Ownership, a systematic approach to reliability, good communication, and strong initiative are essential for this role.\nYou will:\nParticipate in the daily operation of our existing stack\n\nEvolve and take part in designing our next generation infrastructure setup\n\nDefine and enforce reliability standards, runbooks, and operational best practices across the platform\n\nCollaborate with Development and Operations teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become incidents\n\nChampion automation; if something is done twice, it should be scripted the third time\n\nAbout you\nMust-haves:\n5+ years in a Site Reliability, Platform, or DevOps Engineering role\n\nHands-on Kubernetes experience, including storage (Rook-Ceph or equivalent)\n\nSolid Linux fundamentals\n\nProactive mindset; you spot gaps before they become incidents\n\nClear communicator; you can translate infrastructure decisions for engineers who don’t live in a terminal\n\nNice-to-haves:\nDirect experience with the Grafana LGTM stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Alloy)\n\nExperience with managing ProxMox or similar virtualization environments\n\nFamiliarity with GitOps tooling (Argo CD, Flux, or similar)\n\nExperience with Nginx ingress, ISTIO or similar ingress/reverse proxy setups\n\nAbout us\nOur platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.
