This position is the front-line company representative with our clients. Your role is critical to the organization and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of Lighthouse Safety. It requires a dedicated and energetic person who is results oriented and capable of professional and detailed follow through.\nThe Installer will work with other team members to assemble and install various fall protection systems while ensuring proper form, fit, function, and overall product quality. The installer is expected to travel for extended periods of time to assemble the fall protection systems at various customer locations\nAssist in the assembly of various fall protection systems\nPerform component assembly according to engineering drawings\nReceive, unload, and transfer work material to needed areas\nMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area\nOperate heavy equipment, power tools and perform heavy lifting tasks\nWork well with others, especially customers and co-workers\nFollow all safety rules including site-specific safety requirements\nMaintain PPE and use it during working hours\nMaintain accurate records for timecard and expense reports and submit in timely manner\nEnsure all company tools and equipment are free from damage and maintained on each job\nRequirements\nMust be able to operate pallet jacks, standard warehouse forklifts, and manlifts\nThe reading of drawings and understanding of basic design layouts is required\nAbility to travel up to 75% of the time is an essential part of the role and required.\nAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines\nMust be able to push, pull and or lift 50 to 80 lbs.\nAbility to read and communicate in English\nMust have basic to average math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fraction and decimal conversion)\nMust have an aptitude for learning, ability to multi-task and problem solve\nHighly reliable and organized\nMust be able to pass drug/alcohol screens and background checks for admittance to certain customer sites\nMust have a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record\nMust be able to work in extreme (hot, cold, wet) climates for extended periods of time\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
