The firm was founded on the principle of achieving success by combining the latest technology with client oriented business practices, and a strong group of talented professionals.\nWhat you'll do:\nThe Project Controls Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by assisting the executive leadership and project management team in managing project scheduling, accounting, and documentation.\nProject Scheduling:\nAssist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).\nCoordinate with PMs to monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes.\nCoordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.\nIdentify and mitigate scheduling risks and conflicts.\nProject Accounting:\nResponsible for project billing, accounts receivable and consultant billing. \nAssist in the development of project proposals with project team\nAssist with preparing proposal budgets, fee structures, labor assumptions, and basic pricing components. \nAssist in tracking project budgets and financial forecasts.\nPrepare and analyze cost reports, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.\nAssist with invoice preparation and validation of labor/expense entries.\nCollaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.\nProject Documentation:\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.\nSupport the review of contract terms, including fee type, billing terms, and retainage.\nEnsure all project documents are organized and accessible.\nAssist in the preparation of project closeout documentation.\nWhat you'll need:\nThis position requires a background in finance, accounting, or administration, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and forward-learning environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n0-2 years experience in project controls, scheduling, accounting, documentation or a related role within Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.\nExcellent communication and organizational abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.\nEagerness to learn and grow within project controls.\nWe offer competitive benefits, including:\n100% PAID Medical, Dental, and Vision\nEmployer matched 401K -
