Operations Supervisor Location: Huntingdon, TN. Relocation may be necessary. Position Summary Oversee daily warehouse operations, leading teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance while meeting compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement goals. Essential Responsibilities Supervise personnel includes scheduling, work assignments, performance management, training, and problem resolution. Lead daily shift huddles and communicate operational goals, performance updates, and safety topics. Hold supervising staff accountable on adherence to their job requirements and follow through as needed. Monitor and main labor efficiency and performance management through effective labor planning and timekeeping system oversight. Manage inventory accuracy, support physical inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis. Develop and update SOPs for warehouse operations and ensure adherence across assigned locations. Ensure all training requirements are met throughout the organization.
